I’m Christie Kennedy, a Realtor® and top producing, award winning and highly dedicated real estate agent with Keller Williams® Realty in Metairie, LA. Since 1995, I have been a licensed real estate agent in the state of Louisiana and have had the pleasure of representing both buyers and sellers with real estate transactions in Metairie, New Orleans, Uptown, Garden District, Old Metairie, Kenner, Harahan, River Ridge, Destrehan, Marigny/ByWater, Mid-City, Lakeview, Lakefront and surrounding areas.

As a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors®, I have received Gold and Silver awards regularly in recognition of outstanding sales. I have also received Gold and Silver awards annually since 2000 from the brokers that I have represented. My Specialty

Residential real estate sales is my forte and I thoroughly enjoy representing both buyers and sellers through the home buying and selling process.  I also have a special interest in For Sale by Owner properties, as it brings me great satisfaction to list a home for sale that was lacking activity and move it towards an unexpected quick sale, while exceeding the seller’s expectations.

I have the good fortune of working with investors who have accumulated assortments of rental properties in their real estate portfolios.  They rely on me to lease their properties when they become vacant, in the shortest amount of time and for the best price based on current market conditions in these fast changing times.

Property Relocation

I have been a relocation specialist and continue to have wonderful experiences in getting to know and working with my relocation clients as they set new roots into the New Orleans Metropolitan Area.  I have represented many individuals and employees in corporate relocations with the likes of Shell, Northrop Grumman and Harrah’s Casino in New Orleans.  When helping someone through the relocation process, I carefully note those things important to my clients and, with my extensive knowledge of the entire metropolitan area, guide them to the area that appropriately suits their interests.
