In January my family and I relocated to New Orleans from The Hague, The Netherlands. As a Shell employee, we were connected to Prudential Gardner Realty who assigned Christie Kennedy to assist us in finding suitable living in New Orleans. We have been most pleased with Christie's efforts in helping us not only find our permanent home, but also in helping with finding temporary accommodations and providing other local information to make our settling-in process go more smoothly.

My wife, Beth, met with Christie prior to our entire family's arrival. The first day they met, Beth was able to sign a lease for temporary furnished accommodations at a most appropriate and convenient location. We have known Christie for a number of years during which time, we have learned to trust and value her guidance. I contacted Christie when we decided to sell our 15 unit apartment building in Esplanade Ridge, New Orleans. Being very busy people, we felt that the sale had to be handled by someone who had an eye for detail and would look out for our best interests. After viewing the property, she told us that our asking price of $275,000 was too low and recommended $320,000 instead. Needless to say, the property appraised for $325,000 two weeks later, and is now under contract for $300,000. Our closing date is less than twenty days away.

This was a very complicated sale and required the coordination and cooperation of both tenants and the buyer's detail-oriented inspection team. Christie managed the entire process with neither of us being present. The inspection supervisor remarked that this was the first time in his ten years of inspecting properties, that he was able to get into all units of such a large building within five hours.

My wife and I were not only satisfied, but quite impressed.
